It was good year for the anti-school bullying movement in California. Anyone who reads the newspapers knows that bullying is a pervasive issue in schools, and one that adults are starting to take much more seriously. For years the prevailing attitude of most adults was that bullying was just part of growing up and that children just needed to work it out and learn how to deal with it.
